We store gameplay/account data in an anonymized or pseudonymous form wherever practical.
2) What we do not collect

- We do not collect financial account numbers, government IDs, or precise GPS location.
- We do not collect your contacts, photos, or messages.
3) What is public
To make the game competitive and social, some information is public:
- Your handle, avatar, and high‑level stats (e.g., rank, bracket, league placement)
- Leaderboards, league participation, and other competition results
You can change your handle, but historical results may remain visible.
4) How we use your data
- Provide and improve the Service (sign‑in, gameplay, leagues, leaderboards)
- Maintain fair play and detect abuse (anti‑cheat, fraud prevention)
- Analyze usage to prioritize features and fix issues
- Communicate service updates, policy changes, or issues
- Comply with law, enforce our Terms, and protect our users and Service
5) Legal bases (EEA/UK)
If you’re in the EEA/UK, we process your data on these bases:
- Contract (to provide the Service)
- Legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, analytics, improvements)
- Consent where required (e.g., certain analytics or marketing)
6) Sharing your data
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with:
- Service providers (cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support) under confidentiality and data‑processing terms
- Law enforcement or legal requests when required by applicable law
- Successors in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, under this Policy’s protections
7) Data retention and deletion
- We keep account and gameplay data while you have an account and for a reasonable period afterward to maintain the integrity of leagues and prevent abuse.
- If you request deletion, we will delete personal data within 30 days, subject to:
- Legal requirements (e.g., fraud logs, security records)
- Legitimate interests to maintain integrity of aggregate stats and anti‑abuse systems (in which case we will retain only de‑identified data).

9) Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access, correct, or delete your data

11) International transfers
We may process data in the United States and other countries. When we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).
12) Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies or similar technologies on our website to remember preferences and measure analytics. You can control cookies via your browser settings; some features may not work without them.
